Automation
Automate website data into the tools you already use
The value of scraped data usually appears downstream: a spreadsheet gets refreshed, a dashboard is fed, an alert is triggered, or an application receives structured records.
Start with the destination
Define where the data needs to land before designing extraction. A spreadsheet workflow has different requirements from an API-driven product.
Schedule only what needs scheduling
Recurring tasks are helpful when the source changes on a predictable cadence. For stable or one-off sources, manual or event-driven collection may be cheaper and easier.
Build observability
Automated data pipelines need failure visibility. Track run status, row counts, missing fields, and unexpected schema changes.

Responsible-use note: Access controls, source-site terms, privacy obligations, and applicable law can limit what you should collect. A tool being technically capable of extraction does not by itself establish permission.
